WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?
A Healing Our World feature illustrating the insanity of our world.
This notice, published periodically in the Los Angeles Times, is all that major polluters of life-threatening toxic waste have to do to comply with the law. Thanks to the way in which Proposition 65 was implemented, all they have to do is post this notice and, presto, they are done with compliance. So what is someone supposed to do if they live within the boundaries of the map?
