Classes and Workshops
Iona has developed a number of workshops and classes designed to develop or enhance your awareness and control of your personal energy fields and to explore your connection to the Earth and its mysteries. Some courses welcome familes while others are for adults. She holds classes in various venues and they can be hosted at your location.  Her experiential workshops cover a wide variety of topics from experiencing the nature kingdom, creating mandalas, and analyzing dreams.  A wide variety of topics are possible. Below is just one example of a class series Iona has developed.

Energy Balancing

In the time before Christ, there was a religious sect called the Essenes that lived away from the towns in simple communities. The Essenes believed in reincarnation, non-violence to all living creatures and the sharing of all material possessions. The discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls in 1945 reawakened the awareness of this extraordinary group of people. The knowledge that a group was practicing principles of Christianity for 200 years before the birth of Christ was suppressed for 50 years until the Dead Sea Scrolls were finally released to the world of scholars. Iona teaches spiritual healing through a series of three courses inspired by the Essenes. She first learned this approach from Ronald Beesley (Iona’s mentor), who taught it at White Lodge in Kent England until his passing in 1979. Mr. Beesley called this method Spiritual Psycho - Therapeutics.

This course is presented in three levels. The passing of each level is a prerequisite for the next and a written journal is required for completion of each course. Certificates are awarded at each level.

Level One includes:
• Meditation
• Earth-Sky helix (Protection through alignment)
• Using energy circuits
• Chakras, location, balancing, and interaction in the physical
• Auric Field patterns and reconstruction. Seeing
• Extended Spiritual Healing

Level Two includes:
• Meditation
• Recognition and balancing of personal Magnetic Fields
• Recognition and balancing of personal Gravity Fields
• Energy Sappers and other interference---Recognition and protection
• Energy cleaning and clearing in homes and offices, as well as with jewelry, clothing and furniture

Level Three includes:
(Because this level is complex, it is usually only taught as a tutorial, with one to three people.)
• Meditation
• Past Life influences and how to clear
• Importance of integrity / or Karma
• Possession and Haunting, how to clear
