Thank you so much for your interest in sales, teaching, and management positions with Speedlearning 100. All of us within this organization are very passionate about being able to offer this life-changing program to everyone from 8th graders and the general public to executives.

As you may understand after viewing our website, teaching and selling a program that helps people retrain themselves of reading habits that have been in place since the 3rd grade or even earlier is not for everyone. Our instructors have to be top flight, able to help many different audiences at all different levels of education and experience. Those instructors are the face of the organization. Likewise, our sales associates must be experts on the program and experts with at least 5 years experience, preferably with executives. Here is what Speedlearning can do for you:

The Interview and Evaluation Process

You are welcomed to learn more about me and my activities at my personal website. I have been teaching for the last 17 years and spent nearly 20 years working for the US space program.

We have found from years of experience that our dedicated, passionate staff must come from those who really want to acquire the skills for themselves and then decide that they want to share this wonderful opportunity with others.

Here is our process: From the resumes we received, we select those whose backgrounds seem like an initial match. We send out a description of the process and an invitation to a phone interview to them.

During the phone interview we try to assess whether or not there is a fit. Those who wish to proceed will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and purchase some training materials at a reduced price. We will also scheduled you for the next available class. If no classes are yet scheduled for your area, you will view our training DVD and listen to our audio program.

We need sales associates for numerous markets, including Fortune 1000 companies, executives, small businesses, K-12 education, undergraduate students, graduate students, and the general public. We need instructors who are quite comfortable helping people transform life-long habits. It is not for everyone. In any case, everyone leaves the process with incredible new skills that will last a lifetime and enhance their personal and professional lives.

What we need from you now
 

We need a letter of interest and resume. In your letter, please tell us why you are drawn to become involved with Speedlearning.

Compensation
  We believe in rewarding superior performance
All sales associates, instructors, and area managers are independent contractors. Income is reported at the end of the year on IRS 1099 forms.

The frequency of classes taught differs depending on the geographic region, but varies from 4 to 20 per month and more.

Sales Associates
Sales Associates are assigned an area of specialization based on their expertise and experience and our needs. They use leads supplied by the company and leads they generate themselves.

Instructors
Instructors are paid for teaching a 2-day program. If the instructor is responsible for also arranging the 20-person class, they receive the commission for the sale in addition to the teaching payment.

Area Managers
Area Managers are responsible for a given geographical area. They hire and train instructors, identify leads, and carry on all aspects of the business for their area. Their compensation is based on a percentage schedule.
